Felipe specializes in advising financial institutions, asset managers, fiduciary administrators, and other types of sponsors on the structuring of investment funds, including private equity funds (FIPs), receivables funds (FIDCs), real estate investment funds (FIIs), and agribusiness investment funds (FIAGROs).
He is directly involved in the drafting and negotiation of complex legal instruments for capital raising and asset management in the capital markets, as well as in providing regulatory advice on the incorporation and registration of asset managers with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and ANBIMA, in addition to other matters related to asset management and administration.
