Thaís is a counsel in the Capital Markets practice at Lefosse.
She has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets area, focusing on infrastructure, debt and equity transactions, investment funds, advising issuers and underwriters of both publicly and privately held companies, including equity and debt offerings, securitization transactions, liability management structures, registration of publicly held companies, and capital increases for Brazilian fintechs. Thaís was shortlisted in the Capital Markets – Debt and Equity category of the Women in Business Law Americas Awards 2020 (the only associate finalist in both areas) and recognized as a Rising Star – Debt Capital Markets by IFLR1000 in 2019 and 2020. She is frequently regarded by clients and peers as one of the most experienced and renowned capital markets lawyers in Brazil. In 2023, Thaís was a finalist for the Rising Star Award at IFLR’s Women in Business Law Americas Awards.
Thaís also worked as a foreign associate at Hogan Lovells’ New York office.
